"I started at Electro Terminal in July 2000 as a tool setter. Obviously I wanted to progress within the company, and my certificate from a Technical College meant my prospects were good. In 2004 I was promoted to Shift Supervisor in the Assembly plant and now I am responsible for optimizing the machines and coordinating the different orders.
My job includes allocating the orders received to the various members of the workforce to achieve maximum efficiency, and also checking and improving the quality of the products. I am very focused on what I do, so I'm really pleased when everything runs smoothly."
