In the course of our series of articles "WE ARE ET" - we will now also introduce you to individual departments, not just employees, and take a look at the day-to-day work of the respective department.

We start with our internal sales department.

Christina has been working at Electro Terminal for just under a year and, together with her colleague Alena, takes care of various customer inquiries, prices, delivery times and many other customer service issues.

Partly in the home office, partly in the office, a typical workday usually starts at 08:00 and ends at 17:00. Thanks to the flexitime model at ET, however, the times can also be arranged more flexibly. Christina corresponds with clients from all over the world, so excellent English skills are essential here. In close coordination with other departments, such as logistics or production planning, she schedules customer orders, agrees delivery times or sets prices. The processing of complaints and changes to existing orders are also part of the daily routine.

Ultimately, it can be said that the internal sales department is the interface between the customer and the operational units at Electro Terminal. Competence, courtesy and solution orientation are basic requirements to be successful in this position.
