MICROCON SMD PURE - approved for AWG 18
Our PCB terminal block for LED modules, MICROCON SMD PURE, has been tested for an additional conductor dimension.
The terminal was previously approved for conductors with a maximum dimension of AWG 20. In order to facilitate the worldwide use of the terminal, we have tested the AWG 18 conductors, which are often used in the lighting industry, and approved them for horizontal connections.
The terminal has been approved by UL. Here’s an overview of all the technical details:
