The ET planning department is responsible for the timely procurement of raw materials and semi-finished materials for our production. Its tasks include close coordination with our internal logistics department, production planning, and confirmation of delivery dates for customer orders.

The Environment & Occupational Safety department at Electro Terminal is responsible for compliance with labor regulations and ensuring environmental issues are addressed. The aim is to prevent accidents at work, analyze their causes, and implement improvements.

Around 500 million contact parts are manufactured annually from steel and non-ferrous metal strips on 23 high-tech punching and bending machines, most of which are further processed in-house.

In our assembly department, individual components (stamped parts, screws, and plastic parts), primarily from the field of building installation, are assembled into finished electrical connection technology products.

Electro Terminal's plastics processing division uses injection molding to produce the housings for our electrical connection terminals from raw granulate, among other things.

The diverse tasks of Electro Terminal's in-house toolmaking department include mold making, the design and maintenance of punching tools, as well as their optimization and adaptation.

Our laboratory is responsible for compliance with guidelines and standards and for quality control in production. It works closely with R&D when new products are developed or product changes are made. 

Designing new products, especially customized ones, is the passion of Electro Terminal's development department.

The task of the marketing department at Electro Terminal is to provide support to all departments within the company.

The main task of the department is to record the company's income and expenses and keep track of the associated business transactions. 

The internal sales team acts as the interface between customers and the operational units at Electro Terminal. Working closely with other departments, such as logistics and production planning, they handle tasks such as scheduling customer orders, agreeing delivery times, and setting prices. 

The department's main task is to ensure compliance with quality standards and to implement ongoing improvements. The requirements for quality planning vary greatly in the three production areas of stamping, plastics processing, and assembly due to the different technologies used.
