Monthly Gross Salary €3,300 – €4,500 (depending on experience/qualification, excluding allowances) Based on the collective agreement (KV) for the electrical and electronics industry
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for modern stamping and forming systems (e.g., Bihler, Bruderer)
- Independent process optimization and continuous improvement
- Active involvement in new projects, tool optimizations, and technical innovations
- Maintenance, repair, and conversion of machinery – you are the one who keeps production running
- Working in a motivated team that truly values your expertise
Your background
- Completed technical apprenticeship (Metal Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Toolmaking, or similar)
- At least 2–3 years of practical experience in an industrial environment
- Strong technical understanding and a high level of quality awareness
- A passion for metalworking, technical topics, and system optimization
- Independent work style, self-initiative, and the ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to work on a predictable shift schedule
